Alchemy Pay and Backed Launch Direct Fiat-to-U.S. Stock Tokenization Channel

Alchemy Pay, a global provider of crypto payment solutions, recently announced a strategic partnership with Backed, a real-world asset (RWA) tokenization platform. The two parties will jointly promote the on-chain of traditional financial assets and realize direct fiat currency investment channels for global users. According to the cooperation arrangement, Backed's xStocks series of products will officially land on the Alchemy Pay RWA investment platform, covering 55 mainstream US stocks and ETF tokenized assets including Apple, Tesla, Google and SPY ETF.

This move marks a major layout upgrade of Alchemy Pay in the RWA field, and also provides global users with a new, low-threshold traditional financial investment entry. In the future, users will be able to directly use legal currency (such as US dollars, euros, Hong Kong dollars, etc.) to purchase these on-chain stocks or ETF tokens without holding cryptocurrencies, relying on intermediary brokers or opening overseas securities accounts, which greatly simplifies the traditional asset investment process.

Alchemy Pay said that after xStocks goes online, it will be one of the core products of its RWA investment platform, providing investors from different countries and regions with a more convenient, safe and compliant way to participate in the global capital market. The platform combines Alchemy Pay's global fiat payment network and Backed's compliant token issuance capabilities, and is expected to push RWA investment methods into a new era of "on-chain + direct access to fiat currency".

It is understood that the tokenized assets provided by Backed are all 1:1 anchored security tokens, backed by real assets, and hosted by regulated institutions. This mechanism not only ensures asset security and traceability, but also meets the increasingly stringent regulatory requirements of current compliance policies.

The company also revealed that it will continue to expand its cooperation with global RWA platforms in the future, and plans to introduce more on-chain asset types including bonds, real estate, and commodities to further build its diversified compliant investment ecosystem.
