According to official news, cryptocurrency trading platform JuCoin has officially entered into a strategic partnership with Nasdaq-listed Connexa Sports Technologies Inc. (stock symbol: YYAI).
The two parties will jointly launch aiRWA, a new cryptocurrency trading platform focused on the tokenization of real-world assets (RWA). According to the cooperation agreement, JuCoin and Connexa have each pledged US$250 million, totaling US$500 million, to build this joint venture.
This capital will serve as initial capital to fully invest in the aiRWA platform's infrastructure development, technology research and development, regulatory compliance deployment, and ecosystem expansion.
Through this collaboration, the two parties aim to create a one-stop tokenization service platform covering the entire process of on-chain real-world asset issuance, trading, and management, further promoting the deep integration of traditional assets and blockchain technology.
The aiRWA platform will be dedicated to expanding the application scenarios of RWA tokenization to encompass multiple sectors, including real estate, commodities, sports assets, and intellectual property.
Leveraging JuCoin's operational experience in digital asset trading and Connexa's resources in sports technology and physical assets, the platform will build a secure, efficient, and compliant RWA ecosystem. This collaboration is seen as a key step in JuCoin's strategy to digitize physical assets and marks Connexa's official expansion into the blockchain and asset tokenization sectors, promising new growth momentum and development opportunities for both parties.
