On November 1st, according to Cointelegraph, a leading media outlet in the blockchain and technology field, Elon Musk, CEO of Tesla and SpaceX, revealed on a popular podcast that his social platform X (formerly Twitter) is planning to launch a brand new standalone instant messaging application – “X Chat.” This application will emphasize a highly secure communication experience and is expected to officially launch in the coming months, directly targeting mainstream communication platforms Telegram and WhatsApp, aiming to carve out a new niche in the global instant messaging market.
