OpenAI's GPT5 trademark application in China rejected

The Tianyancha app shows that OPENAI, INC. has applied to register two "OPENAI GPT-5" trademarks, classified internationally as website services and scientific instruments.

Both applications are pending review. Additionally, OPENAI OPCO, LLC has applied to register two "GPT-5" trademarks, classified internationally as website services and scientific instruments. Both applications are pending review.

It's worth noting that a Shenzhen technology company previously applied to register two "GPT-5" trademarks, but both have been rejected and are invalid.
