EliseAI, a vertical AI startup, has completed a $250 million Series E funding round led by A16z, with participation from Bessemer Venture Partners, Sapphire Ventures, and Navitas Capital.

The company's valuation has doubled to over $2.2 billion. Co-founded in 2017 by CEO Minna Song and CTO Tony Stoyanov, EliseAI has focused on developing specialized AI systems for vertical industries.

The company's AI platform efficiently replaces traditional manual processes and is widely used in high-frequency interaction scenarios such as call center operations, medical patient appointment management, and apartment rental inquiries.

These systems not only effectively reduce the burden of repetitive tasks for employees, but also significantly improve the end-user experience and alleviate customer dissatisfaction caused by cumbersome processes.

It is reported that the funds will be used to accelerate EliseAI's in-depth R&D and market expansion in more verticals, further strengthening its leading position in customized industry AI solutions.
