Guofu Quantum (00290.HK) and Jinyong Investment (01328.HK) have reached a strategic partnership to jointly develop a new future for the RWA ecosystem.

On August 26, Guofu Quantum Innovation Co., Ltd. (00290.HK, hereinafter referred to as "Guofu Quantum" or "the Company") officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for Strategic Cooperation with Jinyong Investment Co., Ltd. (01328.HK, hereinafter referred to as "Jinyong Investment").

The two parties intend to engage in multi-level cooperation in the capital markets, focusing on in-depth collaboration in areas such as the design and issuance of tokenized RWA (Real World Asset) products, investment allocation for high-quality RWA projects, and digital asset trading and asset management services.

The two parties aim to jointly promote the integration and innovation of technology and finance and create a new paradigm for cross-border and cross-sector asset management. According to the MOU, Guofu Quantum and Jinyong Investment intend to explore the possibility of friendly cooperation in the capital markets, providing Jinyong Investment and its affiliates with services including, but not limited to, the design and issuance of tokenized RWA products, investment allocation for high-quality RWA projects, and digital asset trading and asset management.

I. A Strong Alliance to Exploit the Trillion-Yuan RWA Market This collaboration marks another step forward for Guofu Quantum in its "Five-in-One" comprehensive ecosystem strategy for the RWA sector.

According to the memorandum, Guofu Quantum will leverage its expertise in cross-border investment platforms and cross-border financial and technology empowerment to provide RWA product design, issuance, and asset management services to Jinyong Investment and its affiliates.

Jinyong Investment, leveraging its position as Hony Group's overseas investment platform, will provide Guofu Quantum with financial and strategic support for overseas business development, capital operations, and asset allocation.

The two parties will jointly build a service system covering the entire RWA product lifecycle, aiming to seize a commanding position in the trillion-yuan RWA market. This collaboration with Jinyong Investment aims to achieve strong synergy across the technology, asset, and channel chain, establishing a two-way empowerment channel between high-quality assets and capital.

Guofu Quantum is expected to further integrate Jinyong Investment's resources in multi-asset class and multi-strategy investment portfolios, accelerating the development of a closed-loop RWA business from product design to business application, and further enhancing its competitiveness in the cross-border digital asset management market.
