On September 11th, the third Asian Vision Forum, hosted by Caixin International and co-organized by the Singapore Tourism Board, officially opened in Singapore. Themed "Opportunities for Asia in a Changing Era," the forum brought together over 400 investors, entrepreneurs, and high-level government officials from 12 countries and regions to discuss the challenges and opportunities facing Asia amidst the current global transformation.
During the "Digital Asset Transformation: The Arrival of a New Era in Finance" panel, Ru Haiyang, CEO of HashKey Exchange Group, delivered a keynote speech on the current development and future trends of digital assets.
He noted that digital assets are gradually becoming the core infrastructure layer of the future global financial system. The blockchain technology they rely on offers significant advantages over traditional financial architectures in terms of transparency, programmability, and inclusive accessibility.
Ru Haiyang further elaborated that digital assets will not only fundamentally improve settlement efficiency in financial markets and significantly reduce the costs and delays associated with intermediaries, but will also enhance liquidity and trading flexibility through the fragmentation of assets, thereby attracting a wider range of investors and deepening market participation.
This transformation will ultimately reshape the international capital flow landscape and foster a more open, efficient, and inclusive financial ecosystem. Ru Haiyang also emphasized the crucial role of compliant operations in the digital asset sector.
He stated that HashKey Exchange has always considered compliance the lifeline of its business, actively adapting to and integrating into the evolving global regulatory framework and striving to establish high standards of conduct within the industry.
Only through sustained compliant operations can we effectively safeguard user asset security and service reliability, ultimately achieving sustainable development for both the company and the industry.
