New Fire Technology and Boyaa Interactive Announce Strategic Partnership

On September 17th, Newfire Technology Holdings ("Newfire Technology," 1611.HK) and Boyaa Interactive International Co., Ltd. ("Boyaa Interactive," 0434.HK) announced a strategic partnership to jointly advance the development of the Web3 ecosystem.

Boyaa Interactive has been actively pursuing its Web3 transformation since 2023 and, as of late August 2025, held approximately 3,670 Bitcoins. To further ensure the compliant management and value-added of its digital asset reserves, Boyaa Interactive has partnered with Newfire Technology, leveraging its expertise and experience in compliant digital asset management.

Under the agreement, Newfire Technology will customize a customized digital asset compliance management solution for Boyaa Interactive, and the two companies will jointly explore business opportunities within the Web3 ecosystem within a compliant framework.

Newfire Technology is one of the earliest listed companies in Hong Kong to provide discretionary virtual asset account management services. It holds Type 1, 4, and 9 licenses from the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission, as well as a TCSP trust license.

Its services cover custody, asset management, OTC, and the entire trading chain. Boyaa Interactive is an internationally renowned game developer and operator, gradually transforming into a Web3 gaming ecosystem company with Bitcoin as its core strategic asset.

Xinhuo Technology CEO Weng Xiaoqi stated that this partnership is an important step in the company's Web3 ecosystem development. Boyaa Interactive Chairman Dai Zhikang believes that Xinhuo Technology's technology and resources will strongly support the advancement of the group's Web3 strategy.
