The world's first RWA building officially opened, and Huajian Medical defined the new financial infrastructure on the chain

On September 19th, Huajian Medical (01931.HK) announced the official completion of the ETHK Building, the world's first real-world asset (RWA) building, located in Nanjing's Jianye District.

The building also updated its corporate logo, marking the physical and scaled implementation of the company's "ETHK on-chain financial ecosystem strategy" and the launch of a new ecosystem for the tokenization of real-world assets (RWAs). With a total construction area of approximately 70,000 square meters, the ETHK Building will serve as Huajian Medical's core technology hub, facilitating both physical R&D and collaborative innovation, and trusted technology R&D and output.

The facility plans to bring together over 5,000 technical experts and ecosystem partners, focusing on core tasks such as blockchain underlying technology R&D, cross-chain protocol integration, and smart contract security audits.

The Nanjing location benefits from the Yangtze River Delta region's concentrated biopharmaceutical industry and university talent pool. It also aligns with the recent State Council approval supporting the Jiangsu Free Trade Zone's development of a comprehensive biopharmaceutical industry chain, providing Huajian Medical with favorable conditions for cross-border data flow and alignment with international regulations.

The new corporate logo, "ETHK Labs," highlights the interconnected nature symbolized by "Ether" and the vision of shared prosperity represented by "Kingdom." It reflects the company's strategic upgrade from RWA transaction technology to a full-chain financial ecosystem, emphasizing three core pillars: technological foundation, ecological interconnection, and open empowerment.

Huajian Medical will hold a grand opening ceremony in the building on September 22nd, themed "Empowering the Real Economy: Anchoring Trillions of Assets and Ushering in a New Era of On-Chain Flow." Representatives from government, industry, and financial institutions will be invited to witness the event.
