B.Duck has reached a strategic partnership with Guofu Quantum (00290) to jointly create a new ecosystem for IP RWA digital asset management.

Recently, B.Duck Holdings International Limited (stock code: 02250) and Guofu Quantum Innovation Co., Ltd. (stock code: 00290), a cross-border fintech investment platform, officially signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement.

Focusing on the dual drivers of "IP and finance," the two parties will jointly explore innovative ways to monetize IP value in digital asset management. According to the memorandum of understanding, the two parties will focus on in-depth collaboration in the two main areas of "IP asset financialization" and "digital asset management."

B.Duck will be responsible for the screening and licensing of high-quality IP and art assets, structuring underlying cash flow, supporting brand marketing resources, and integrating global fan communities with membership systems.

Guofu Quantum, leveraging its expertise in cross-border investment through its Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) licenses No. 1, 4, 6, and 9, will provide a range of financial services, including the design and issuance of RWA (real asset) securitization products, underlying asset allocation, virtual asset trading, and digital asset management. As a leader in the overseas expansion of Chinese original IP, B.Duck has established a four-pronged business model, centered around IP and powered by AI, encompassing merchandise retail, live-action cultural tourism, character licensing, and game licensing.

Over the next three years, the company will prioritize "IP matrixing, channel digitization, and market globalization," expanding its IP portfolio through mergers and acquisitions and incubation. The company will also establish 200 "B.Duck City Funs" theme parks worldwide, further expanding its overseas presence. This strategic layout aligns closely with Guofu Quantum's focus on fintech investment and its commitment to promoting the development of Hong Kong's digital economy and Web 3.0 ecosystem, creating complementary advantages and strategic synergy.

Amid the accelerating global convergence of IP and digital assets, the collaboration between B.Duck and Guofu Quantum will not only foster innovative financing models and unlock the value of existing assets, but also leverage its digital asset platform to enable global investors and fans to share in the benefits of IP growth, thereby building a closed-loop ecosystem spanning "IP value creation," "digital asset management empowerment," and "global capital sharing."
