Zhiyun International Holdings Limited (HKEX: 8521) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Cloudpotent, has officially signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Pansemi (Singapore), a global partner of WhatsMiner.
The two parties will collaborate on cloud computing power and internet traffic services, jointly advancing the supply and operation of computing resources. Under the agreement, Cloudpotent will acquire computing power resources totaling approximately HK$30 million from Pansemi on a preferential purchasing basis, with delivery to be completed in batches over the next 24 months.
Pansemi will consider Cloudpotent a strategic core customer, guaranteeing priority supply of computing power resources and offering the same preferential commercial terms as other major partners. Zhiyun International investor Abraham Gomez stated that this partnership is a key step in advancing Zhiyun International's "Bitcoin Accumulation Company" (BAC) strategy.
This partnership will help the company acquire high-quality computing power resources at more competitive prices, effectively improving Bitcoin mining efficiency and further strengthening its competitiveness in the global market.
