A recent research report from Guojin Securities indicates that crypto mining companies with access to low-cost electricity and a large number of approved electricity quotas are leveraging their unique energy advantages to gradually enter the high-growth market of AI data centers.
The report shows that most crypto mining companies have begun actively planning a strategic transformation to AI data centers, but there are still significant differences in the specific transformation paths and actual progress.
The research report further recommends that investors focus on companies that are proactive in transitioning to AI data centers, have clear AI computing capacity expansion plans, and have stable power supply guarantees, and whose combined market value of holdings, shareholding value, and the present value of their existing contracts are significantly lower than their current stock price. Such companies may have room for valuation recovery and investment opportunities.
