Information on the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) website shows that Unitree Robotics has submitted its IPO preparation report and plans to list its shares on the domestic stock exchange.
Unitree Robotics initiated its IPO preparation process in July of this year, with CITIC Securities serving as its advisor.
According to a reporter from the *Science and Technology Innovation Board Daily*, Wang Xingxing, the company's controlling shareholder and actual controller, directly holds 23.8216% of Unitree Robotics' shares and controls another 10.9414% through Shanghai Yuyi Enterprise Management Consulting Partnership (Limited Partnership), totaling 34.7630% control of the company.
Unitree Robotics is a civilian robot company specializing in the R&D, production, and sales of high-performance general-purpose legged/humanoid robots and dexterous robotic arms for both consumer and industrial applications.
Regarding the company's listing process, Wang Xingxing stated in an August interview with media outlets including the *Science and Technology Innovation Board Daily*:
"The company is currently steadily advancing the listing process. I have always viewed listing as a learning and growth process, much like facing the middle school and college entrance exams. This is an important stage for the company to move towards more mature management and operations; it is both a summary of our efforts over the past nine years and an explanation to our shareholders."
In September of this year, Unitree Robotics revealed that it expects to formally submit its listing application documents to the stock exchange between October and December 2025, at which time the company will disclose relevant operating data.
Furthermore, Unitree Robotics completed its name change in October of this year, changing from "Hangzhou Unitree Robotics Co., Ltd." to "Unitree Robotics Co., Ltd." Wang Xingxing also changed from Executive Director to Chairman.
Since its establishment, Unitree Robotics has successively launched several quadruped robot products, including XDog, Laikago, AlienGo, A1, Go1, B1, Go2, and B2. Since 2023, the company has further expanded into the field of humanoid robots, and has successively released humanoid robot products such as H1, H1-2 and G1.
