According to official documents, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) Investor Advisory Committee will hold a virtual public meeting on December 4, 2025. The committee will hold panel discussions on two themes: regulatory changes in corporate governance; and equity tokenization: issuance, trading, and settlement mechanisms within the existing regulatory framework. Additionally, the meeting will discuss a potential recommendation regarding disclosure of information concerning the impact of artificial intelligence on issuer operations.
