On December 8th, a China-Thailand quantum technology symposium was held in Bangkok. Nearly 100 experts and scholars from over ten universities in China and ASEAN countries, including the University of Science and Technology of China (USTC), Chulalongkorn University, and Mahidol University, attended the symposium and jointly unveiled a joint quantum technology laboratory. On the same day, the USTC Anhui Provincial Key Laboratory of Quantum Networks and the Faculty of Science of Chulalongkorn University signed an agreement to formally establish the USTC-Chulalongkorn University Joint Laboratory for Quantum Technology. USTC and Chulalongkorn University also signed a memorandum of understanding, reaching a consensus on jointly promoting cooperation in quantum technology, AI chemistry, and other fields.
