The opinion emphasizes strengthening support for digital technology research and development, accelerating foreign trade in fields such as the Internet of Things, cloud computing, artificial intelligence, blockchain, and satellite navigation. It also calls for expanding international technology cooperation networks, supporting the transformation of technological achievements, and facilitating cross-border technology transfer from R&D centers. Support is provided for the establishment of the Guangdong-Macao Hengqin International Advanced Technology Application Promotion Center, connecting with Macao, Portuguese-speaking countries, and other important domestic and international research institutions, universities, leading innovative enterprises, and innovation consortia to attract globally competitive technology companies to the Hengqin Guangdong-Macao In-Depth Cooperation Zone.
