1.2 Browsing & Reading
To deliver news content, we record access logs, reading history, dwell time and click events to power recommendations, history views and quality monitoring.
1.3 Personalised Recommendations
To recommend relevant content, we build a profile based on your interests, subscriptions, bookmarks, reading history and (only with your permission) location. You can adjust or disable personalisation at any time under "My — Subscription Preferences".
1.4 Interaction & Publishing
When you comment, like, bookmark, share, submit content or sign up for events, we collect the text, images or attachments you publish along with the recipient and timestamp.
1.5 Subscriptions & Notifications
To deliver newsletters, channel subscriptions and push notifications, we collect your subscription preferences, notification settings and delivery status.
1.6 Security & Risk Control
To protect accounts and prevent fraud or abuse, we collect device information (model, OS, browser, identifiers), login time and location, and activity logs for authentication, anomaly detection and anti-abuse.
1.7 Customer Service
When you contact support, we may keep the conversation record and any contact details you provide so we can handle your inquiries, suggestions, complaints and after-sales requests.
2. Cookies and Similar Technologies
2.1 To keep the site running, maintain sign-in state, remember preferences (e.g. font size, theme) and measure usage, we store cookies, localStorage and similar technologies (collectively "cookies") on your device.
2.2 You can manage or clear cookies in your browser. Disabling them may degrade your experience or break some features.
2.3 We may integrate third-party analytics (e.g. usage statistics, performance monitoring); those providers operate under their own privacy policies.

5.1 We adopt industry-standard technical and managerial measures — including HTTPS/TLS, storage encryption, access control and audit logging — to prevent unauthorised access, disclosure, use, modification or loss.
5.2 We maintain a data security management system with least-privilege access and regular training for personnel handling personal information.
5.3 In the event of a security incident, we will activate our incident response plan, notify you and the regulators in accordance with the law, and take remedial action.
6. Your Rights
Under applicable laws you have the following rights regarding your personal information:
- Access & copy: view your information under "My — Profile";
- Correction: update nickname, avatar, contact details at any time;
- Deletion: remove your comments, bookmarks and reading history;
- Withdraw consent: revoke previously granted permissions (push, personalisation) via system or in-app settings;
- Account closure: request closure under "My — Security — Close Account"; we will delete or anonymise your data as required by law;
- Complaint: file complaints via the channels listed under "Contact Us".
7. Minors
7.1 The Platform is intended for adult users. If you are under 14, please read this policy with a guardian and use the service only with their consent.
7.2 If we learn we have collected a minor's personal information without guardian consent, we will delete it as soon as possible. Guardians may contact us to request removal.
8. Updates
8.1 We may revise this policy as laws, business or technology change, and will publish the updated version on this page. Material changes will be announced on-site, by push notification or other prominent means.
