PeckShield: Crypto security incidents in November resulted in losses of nearly $200 million, a 969% increase month-over-month.

On December 1st, according to PeckShield, approximately 15 major cryptocurrency attacks occurred in November 2025, resulting in a total loss of approximately $194.27 million, a 969% surge compared to the $18.18 million in October. The five major attacks were: Balancer v2 and its fork, resulting in a loss of $137.4 million (of which $39 million has been recovered); Upbit, resulting in a loss of $36 million; Yearn Finance, resulting in a loss of $9 million; HLP, resulting in bad debts of $4.95 million; and GANA PayFi, resulting in a loss of $3.1 million.
