Hong Kong-listed Guofu Quantum QFI channel expands into A-shares, strategically investing 127 million yuan in Jinfang Energy.

Guofu Quantum Innovation Limited (00290.HK, hereinafter referred to as "Guofu Quantum" or the "Group") is pleased to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Fuqiang Asset Management Limited, as a Qualified Foreign Institutional Investor (QFI), recently successfully signed a Share Transfer Agreement with the controlling shareholder and actual controller of Jinfang Energy Group Co., Ltd. (001210.SZ, hereinafter referred to as "Jinfang Energy"). Through the "Fuqiang Asset Management Limited - Quantum Power - R" QFI account, it strategically invested 8,257,025 unrestricted shares of Jinfang Energy through an agreement transfer, accounting for 5.27% of its total share capital, with a total investment of approximately RMB 127 million.
