Autel Robotics unveils charging robot and advances cooperation with global autonomous driving giants

Autel Robotics is collaborating with a leading global company in the autonomous driving field to develop an automated charging network. This partner's core business is providing driverless autonomous taxi services, and it has already launched paid operations in multiple locations in the United States. At CES 2026, Autel Robotics unveiled its intelligent charging robot. With cloud-based scheduling and station-level control, the robot can automatically plug in and unplug charging guns and recycle them, forming a continuous operational process of "message flow—action closed loop—queue control" with fleet queue management. Autel also showcased its system capabilities for a "next-generation intelligent charging network," introducing the new V2G AC charging product AC Compact Gen 2, the new compact DC fast charging product MaxiCharger DC50, and a charging cloud platform.
