面向RWA和稳定币的支付网络Keeta最大的亮点是“1000万TPS”和“内置合规”。近期，美国稳定币监管迎来重要进展，国会参议院银行委员会以18:6的票数通过了《指导和建立美国稳定币国家创新法案》(简称《GENIUSAct》)。拥抱合规成为稳定币大规模采用的大势所趋。尽管多数稳定币在以太坊、Tron、BSC等Layer1上发行，但这些公链本身不具备合规机制，也因此可能会劝退一些传统金融机构。目前已有一些专注于支付的公链如Stellar有内置的账户控制和锚定机制支持KYC。
